After you receive quality inspection photos of you order, the shipping from our warehouse will take about 2 weeks.

Quality inspection process usually takes about 5-7 working days.

Goods will be delivered to your doorstep or nearest to you international shipment post machine.

You will receive text message to your phone number about your parcel delivery.

Detailed shipment information will be provided to your Email.

Please be aware that shipping times may vary because of customs traffic jams and delayed for less than 1 week.

The majority of our orders are processed and shipped by DHL. If you have a critical or time-sensitive need, feel free to email us to ensure your order reaches you as soon as you need it.

Your order will be shipped fully insured. If for some reason your package is lost or blocked, we will reship it once again.
Please make sure someone will be available to receive your order, otherwise, your package may be returned to our logistics provider's warehouse in Europe or US.

At MasterySneakers, we understand that online shopping can be stressful but we have you covered. Any of our customers can request a refund in different ways:

1. Within 5-10 days of placing your order, your product will pass quality control at our suppliers and then you will receive clear photos of your product to your Email. If you notice a discrepancy in your order and want a refund or change the size, we will be happy to comply with your request. Please note that if not responded after 12 hours, products will be shipped as planned.

2. All our customers are eligible to return their order, provided the criteria below is met.

• You must notify us about your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The order must be in the exact same condition you received it in, including the original packaging, the original shipping box, extra laces, accessories, no damage or creases to the foot of sneakers from try-on and wear.
• You must closely follow our simple instructions on posting the item back to us.

You must ship the item back to us inside another cardboard shipping box to protect it from damage during transit. Satchels are not acceptable (unless shipping apparel).

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned item is received. Returns incur no cost to customers who receive a different size to the one they ordered, received a different item.

We still highly recommend referring to our size guide to alleviate any sizing concerns you have. 

We reserve the right to refuse any refund, exchange, store credit to any customer we suspect to have engaged in fraudulent activity.
